We've all heard it before," Buyer Beware" the ins and outs of buying flooring and having it installed can be a very expensive and frustrating process, the moment you step into a flooring store and the salesperson approaches you with promises of perfect installations and great prices you know your in trouble!
My name is Bryan Mitchell. I've been in the flooring business for over 30 years. In over 3 decades I've seen countless consumers suffer the consequences of dishonest flooring stores, Unknowledgeable sales people, substandard installations, and profit margins that would make a used car salesman blush.I personally know of customers homes over measured by salespeople costing the consumer hundreds of dollars! I know this sounds incredible but it happens every day! Now don't get me wrong, I'm sure there are some reasonably honest flooring stores out there, and with a little education and diligence you may be able to find one. Good installers on the other hand are another matter. In all my years as a flooring contractor, I've met just a handful. Most consumers believe because they purchased wood or carpet at a flooring store they have to use that stores installers. Not true! You may use whoever you like. If you do use that stores installers do yourselves a favor and check them out. Do they have references? was there last customer pleased? If you follow a few simple common sense rules, you'll have a pleasant buying experience. At Bryan Mitchell installations we believe the customer deserves "excellent service at a fair price" and thats how we intend to do business, period. We also own Emerald coast window tinting, and the same applies, "excellent service at a fair price" . Email us with your flooring questions, Or check out our blog for tips and advice about flooring and related matters . Do your homework and you'll wind up with a floor, and a great price you'll love .Bryan
